DAILY EXERCISE – Small Steps
We don’t always have to take dramatic steps to get started on our journey toward healthier living. This week we are challenging our Beginner Community to take a walk. Just strap on some comfortable shoes and walk an extra 20 minutes a day; on purpose. Grabbing a friend makes it easier and more entertaining.
Here are FIVE really good reasons to join us this week. Research has shown that walking, at even moderate speeds, for 20-30 minutes a day:
